EI Test Special Offer by Bernie S. | Nov 11, 2024 Welcome Emotional Intelligence is an inner skill that can help you get the best out of your life. It enables you to better cope with your challenges, or simply to become more effective in all aspects of your life. Both at home and at work. If you want to train your EI, the first step is to find out where you are at. This test guides you through a self-assessment of your levels of competency in the foundational EI abilities. At the end, you will receive guidance on how to assess your level of EI and some pointers on how you can develop it. This quiz includes twenty questions — five for each of the four basic EI domains. Before you answer, take a moment to reflect on each question. Think of situations in your life where this specific ability is important. Think of how well you are able to use it. Then tick the box with the appropriate level of skill in that domain. 1. Self-awareness Emotional self-awareness I am aware of my feelings, thoughts and emotions throughout the day.
