1. Information We Collect and Why

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or automated marketing plugins. The only personal data we process is what you voluntarily choose to provide:

• Contact Form:
If you send us a message, we collect your Name, Email Address, and your message text strictly to read and reply to your inquiry.

• Quizzes:
Our quizzes are completed entirely as a guest. We do not collect, track, or store your email, answers, or IP address in our database.

• Appointment Booking via meetergo:
We have integrated meetergo into this website. The provider is meetergo GmbH, Hauptstr. 44, 40789 Monheim am Rhein (hereinafter “meetergo”). meetergo provides an online appointment scheduling tool. When you schedule an appointment with us online, the data you enter for this purpose is stored on meetergo’s servers in Germany. In addition, meetergo briefly records your IP address, your referrer URL, and the time of access, and can determine that you have submitted a request to us; this data is used exclusively for the technical provision of the service and is subsequently deleted automatically. The use of meetergo is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in making the appointment scheduling process as straightforward as possible. If consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR or Article 9(2)(a); consent may be revoked at any time.

For technical error diagnosis, meetergo also processes the error type, a sanitized error message, and a stack trace, as well as technical page and browser context, when an application error occurs. Email addresses and sensitive URL components are removed before transmission. The error diagnosis is operated by meetergo itself within the EU. It does not set any cookies, does not permanently store anything in the browser, and does not track page views, clicks, mouse movements, heatmaps, dead clicks, or session recordings. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which covers the legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the booking site.

• Lawful Basis (EU/GDPR): Legitimate Interest—we process your email solely to fulfill your explicit request to communicate with us.

• Retention: We only store your email correspondence as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry. We never sell, rent, or share your data.

2. Cookies & Technical Logs

Our website is free of advertising, tracking, and third-party analytical cookies.

• We use only basic, essential security tools (like WP Armour Honeypot and our firewall) to protect the website from hackers and automated spambots.

• These tools process technical server data locally and do not track your online behavior. Because we do not use tracking cookies, a cookie consent banner is not required on this website.
